Close to Denia and Javea, and situated half-way between Alicante, 50 miles south, and Valencia, La Sella is set against the backdrop of Mount Mongo National Park with the picturesque Pedreguer Valley below. The orange and lemon groves, olives and almond blossoms, help to create a tranquil setting. Yet the coast line and miles of sandy beaches are just 10 minutes' drive north. The rugged, rocky coves follow the coast south. A drive into the mountains takes you to Font d'Algar, a cascading waterfall, creating freshwater swimming pools. The area boasts the superb La Salla golf course, designed by Jose Maria Olazabal.
